Woodfield Development's new project, the Morrison Yard Residences, plans to add an updated look to the Upper Peninsula's skyline. The 380 apartment project is set to finish in the coming years, built on the location of State Ports Authority’s Columbus Street Terminal office. The development's cost was estimated at 150 million dollars, with every cent being used to develop a community filled with amenities such as multiple fitness areas, a 2,000 SF outdoor pool, and multiple communal areas. The Morrison Yard Residences will be a well known Charleston landmark, as it is one of the first buildings visible when exiting the Ravenel Bridge onto East Bay Street.
